What are your office hours?
ParadiseAwnings.com is available for your online convenience 24-hours a
day, 7-days a week. We may be reached Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to
5:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
Do you have a local office or local sales reps?
We service the State of Florida and we do have local representation for field measuring or onsite visits.
Do you have a showroom?
All products are showcased throughout this web site. You can also call at our office and schedule a meeting with one of our representatives. If you are a developer or a business you can also send us your drawings and request a quote.
Can I order over the phone?
We recommend you to request a meeting with one of our representative. He or she will take measurements and demonstrate the types of fabrics available.
Do you have any product brochures?
All product information can be found throughout this web site. If your question is not answered online, feel free to call us or to email us at info@ParadiseAwnings.com
Do you provide installation services?
We are a turn-key solution to your awnings need. We custom manufacturer and install your awnings.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Permanent custom made awnings are uniquely designed and built to your specifications and needs. For this reason orders can not be cancelled.
Do you have a Privacy Policy?
YES. Paradise Awnings does not share your information with any party for any reason, unless the information is needed for our partners/vendors/carriers to fulfill your order.

Do you sell awning parts and accessories?
Permanent custom made awnings are uniquely design to your specifications and needs. If you decide to change the color or the type of fabric on you awning we can recover your awning for you.
For retractable awnings, you can obtain replacements parts directly from the manufacture or through us.
Are fabric and metal samples available?
You can view fabric colors on this website. To view actual samples you need to request an appointment with one of our representatives.
Do you use Sunbrella® fabric?
We use 9.25 ounce Sunbrella® Awning Grade Fabric on all canvas products posted throughout
ParadiseAwnings.com. Sunbrella® is
a registered trademark of Glen Raven, Inc. Sunbrella® Awning Grade fabrics are water
repellent, fade resistant, solution dyed, acrylic woven material which carries a
limited five (5) year manufacture warranty.
Is Sunbrella® fabric water-proof or fire-proof?
The Sunbrella® Awning Grade fabric covers are water-repellent (not waterproof) and not flame-retardant.
Is price different for solid vs. stripe patterns?
NO. There is no price difference for solid or striped patterned canvas or metal
awnings. We offer over (148) Sunbrella® Awning Grade fabric colors (solids and stripes)
and eight (8) metal awning colors.
Can graphics be applied to the covers?
Graphic applications of logos and lettering are for different types of fabrics. Custom graphics are additional costs and prices vary depending upon
the complexity of the artwork. Please contact our Sales Department for details.
Can the awnings withstand wind-loads?
Awnings carry a minimum 75MPH wind load rating. All awnings are customized based on requirements.
Can the awnings be removed?
YES. The stationary and retractable awnings are designed to be easily
removed and stored in case of extreme weather conditions, and then remounted at a
later time. Dismantle time depends upon the overall awning style, size and quantity.
Can you customize the awnings?

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
Paradise Awnings offers a 1 year limited-warranty on the frame and labor and a 5 year manufacturer's limited-warranty on the fabric.
